Zander Insurance Live Like No One Else Cruise Scavenger Hunt Terms and Conditions

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event conducted by Zander Insurance Agency (“Zander”), I acknowledge, warrant and agree to the following:

1. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the scavenger hunt or any purchase is not required to enter or win one of the four $250 cash prize drawings.
2. Eligibility: Open to all attendees of the Live Like No One Else Cruise. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Entry Methods:
   • Scavenger Hunt Participation: Complete the scavenger hunt via the entry form provided in your Welcome Bag and submit your completed entry at the Inspiration Customer Service Table on Deck 3.
   • Alternative Entry: To enter without participating in the scavenger hunt, submit the entry form provided in your Welcome Bag with your contact information to the Inspiration Customer Service Table on Deck 3.
4. Limit: One entry per person, regardless of entry method.
5. Prize: Four (4) winners will receive a $250 cash prize. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes by law.
6. Deadline for Entry: All entries must be submitted by 6pm CST on March 23rd, 2025.
7. Drawing and Winner Notification:
   • The winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
   • The drawing will take place on March 24, 2025 and the winners will be notified directly by a Ramsey team member.
   • Winners should meet Zander representative to pick up cash with receipt no later than Thursday, March 27th at 9:45 am at The Crow’s Nest on the ship. Winner MUST pick up cash by this time or risk forfeiture of the prize.

8. Additional Terms:
   • The prize is non-transferable.
   • Each winner must show proper Identification and sign acceptance in order to receive prize.
   • Participants agree to allow Zander Insurance to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
   • Zander Insurance reserves the right to disqualify entries for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms.
9. Waiver and Release of Liability:
   • I knowingly and freely assume all risks related to participating in the Scavenger Hunt, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for said risks.
   • I, on behalf of my assigns and personal representatives, agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zander, its agents and representatives from any and all liabilities incident to my involvement or participation in the Scavenger Hunt to the fullest extent permitted by law;
   • I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that we have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement;
   • I certify that I have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional and that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity being cognizant that such participation involves physical activity for the duration of the Scavenger Hunt.
