Zander Insurance recently held an employee happy hour to celebrate the renovation of an empty warehouse attached to its office into a new employee lounge called the “Zander Zone.” Zander’s more than 200 employees now have a space to take a break during the workday and recharge. The 6,000-square foot industrial space includes a living room-style lounge, ping pong table, pool table, foosball table, darts, basketball goal, a bar for events and tables and chairs for dining.
