Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting clients over the phone
• Documenting all exchanges with clients and or companies regarding exposures and coverages in agency automation system.
• Completing client changes and requests
• Maintaining timely and complete interactions with clients
• Create positive client experiences with each and every interaction

Requirements and Skills:

• P&C License a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products
• The ability to analyze, compare, and rate multi-company options
• Ability to multi-task
• Must type at least 45 wpm
