Responsibilities Include:

• Screen and print client applications
• Assist with mail merge for applications and quotes
• Barcode applications and documents to prepare to scan
• Review applications for missing information
• Enter Applications into agency management system
• Log mail and faxes sent by clients

Requirements and Skills:

• Data entry speed accuracy
• Detail oriented and good at multitasking several projects at once
• Dedicated to customer service
• Works well in a team environment
• Minimum of 45 WPM
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
